Before heading into Toyota of Gladstone I did my research and found this dealership still had the highest satisfaction ratings in the area. I started my car buying process with Toyota of Gladstone via the internet and began corresponding with Denis. No pressure; Denis was just available to answer my questions. Once at the dealership, Denis continued to guide me through the options based on my family needs; should I go with the feature rich Highlander or the more rugged 4Runner? Denis’ demeanor provided the environment for my wife and daughter take all time they needed to make the proper decision, including test drives without me and Denis (the family was having a bit of fun here). This is my second time driving off the lot with a new car from Toyota of Gladstone. Great experience I went to Toyota of Gladstone per the Costco buying program, hoping to find a pre-owned Highlander. Alas, they did not have one in the trim or acceptable color. Eric showed me a couple of RAVs, knowing my budgetary expectations, but after test drived, they were not what I wanted. Eric showed me a new 2018 that was just what I was looking for. I got a better trade-in than expected and drove away with my new car. More

2018 Tundra Creemax I was in the market for a Tundra Crewmax or a limited dbl cab. So after looking around I was able to find a Crewmax in the color that I wanted. Sou C I was in the market for a Tundra Crewmax or a limited dbl cab. So after looking around I was able to find a Crewmax in the color that I wanted. Sou Chao was the person I was dealing with at Gladstone Toyota. He was very helpful and knoledgeable with questions that I had. Sou was very quick on getting the deal done for me without any pressure. I also dealt with Brian Dowd in finance getting the papr work side done. Brian was very helpful with the choices I had for financing. Brian was also helpful with explaining about the warranty on the truck and had very good recommendations of what would be good for me personally, and I understand everyone is going to have different mechanical knoledge and everyone’s needs are different when it comes to extended warranty and optional accessories, but Brian was very good of explaing the options. All in all, I had an excellent experience buying my new Tundra with Sou and Brian and I would definitely recommend everyone to check them out if you are in the market for a new Toyota. 2018 Prius Prime Premium Raeanne was very friendly, and willing to work with me on reaching a deal. She was also very patient, and accommodating, as the entire process took nearly a month of back-and-forth emails, due to me being out of the country for extended periods of time. Overall, she was the shining star in this whole transaction. I would definitely work with her again. Brian was also very friendly, and made the closing process very fast and efficient. He wasn't overly aggressive on pushing the extended warranty package, which I appreciated. I'm not a fan of high-pressure sales pitches. I did have to deduct one star, due to the performance of the pre-delivery tech team. They neglected to install a set of sealing plugs underneath the vehicle, that are meant to prevent water from getting into the chassis. Seems like that would be something that you'd want to make sure gets done. They also cross-threaded the front license plate screws, using a power-driver, making them nearly impossible to remove, and damaging both the screws and the clips in the process. In summary: Raeanne and Brian were great, but the pre-delivery tech department has some room for improvement. More
