The most important thing that they do a team effort to earn your business not just to sell a car . The sales girl Emileigh coen provided me with the best service , she is not pushy and she stayed with me the whole time making sure I’m getting what I want in professional way , I kept changing my mind about what I’m buying and she was patient smiling all the time and she did everything I asked in super nice way till I left the Delear .The sales manager joe will make the impossible possible to make you satisfied with your purashe ! He is logic , not tricky , so easy to work with and super respectful , his goal is not just selling you a car but making you leave Happy and satisfied from there .I’m really glad I went to this Delearship and I recomand it to any person who is looking to buy a Car because they don’t treat people as a customer but they treat people as a family member . Finally I love what I bought and my next vechile will be also from Toyota Gladstone because no way for any other Delear to provide this kind of service . Purchased a 4Runner today! So I made some inquiries on pricing for a 4Runner online and within minutes Sou called me and starting answering questions. I knew what model I wanted So I made some inquiries on pricing for a 4Runner online and within minutes Sou called me and starting answering questions. I knew what model I wanted, but hadn’t quite decided what level I wanted. Sou invited me in to take a look and so he could explain all the differences. I set up an appointment for Saturday, couldn’t pin point the time as hanging with some friends, but they said no problem anytime. On the day of got a phone call I didn’t answer, making breakfast, and then an email just to remind me. Anyways I show up someone else opens the door for us, invites us in, and asks if they can help us. Let him know I was there to see Sou and he takes me to the waiting area so he can page him. A minute later he’s there and we are off and hunting for my new rig. So basically the 4Runner comes in 3 options, which I knew from a little research, and Sou took the time to listen and understood I was focusing on two of them and deciding on the package of each. We looked through a bunch of them on the lot, Sou the whole time answering questions about the differences in each. Upgrades, this has that, this doesn’t, etc. Anyways I find the perfect match for me, with his help as he asked what I planned to use it for my habits and things. The actual purchase with him may have taken less time than the selection of the vehicle. I sat down fill out a form for the credit report and he returned in a minute or two. Basically showing me a few options as far as length of contract and a few other things. I selected my choice and we were on the go. He asked about one protection plan, for a coating or something, I declined. Never heard another word about it. No, “man you really need this.” Just a simple explanation of what it was, what it covered. Then off to Tom for the financing portion, oh yay! But to my surprise, Tom is a great guy, a fisherman, though I’m a hunter. First question was was I going to use it for what it’s made for, I got the TRD, off road edition. Anyways he says to limber up as a bunch of crap to sign. We do the preliminary stuff and we get to the warranty info. He explains what comes with the vehicle, how I use it (which honestly is nice to for them to take the time. Let me know how it worked what it covered etc.) He then went in for the extended stuff. I was pretty much at the higher end of what I wanted for payments at this time, I REALLY liked this vehicle lol. So I couldn’t afford any of it and even though I liked some of it especially the 7 year everything covered warranty with road side assistance, or off road in my case, and GAP insurance, I let him know I couldn’t do it. He then asked me if I wasn’t interested or if it was a payment issue. I said the latter so he went to work. He got me the warranty, GAP, and 5 years of the normal maintenance. All for just a few dollars more a month, still in my range. Perfect! Now I don’t have to worry about oil changes, tire rotation, any of that crap for 5 years. Also if anything breaks in 7 years it’s covered, bumper to bumper. It’s awesome. When I was done there Sou swooped me up gave me all my user guides, reading material, and let me know the vehicle is getting detailed. Even though the sale was final he was still around making sure everything I need is taken care of. Finally the car is ready and he takes me out and starts explaining all the features.again. Connecting my phone to the car. All the little things. He thanked me for giving him the chance and I thanked him back for the ease of the transaction. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Mind you a good portion of that was me deciding what exactly model I wanted, and then waiting for the detail work to be done, pretty busy that day. Just would like to say it was a pleasurable experience and would do it aigain, though hopefully not for a long time. (Want the vehicle for a while.) Now off to the mountain snow! Let’s try this mother out! More

In and out of the dealership at about two hours. They also offer a free 30 check up to make sure everything is running smoothly. More
