I was able to call and get an appointment the same day! That was better than expected. Then i was greeted upon my arrival. I brought my truck in for service and to look some noise in the front end. The problem was not found, so I took it back to have it checked again. I went to Gladstone Toyota to look at my options for buying a new car. When I arrived I had no intention of purchasing a car that day.i was nervous because I had never purchased a car without the help o buying a new car. The employee, Josh Von Ruden, was extremely friendly and helpful. He made this experience so easy and pleasent. I ended up buying a Toyota Corolla and felt that I walked away with a good deal. I have been a toyota owner since i got my licence it is all i will ever buy. I bought a car knowing it had issues. i then brought it to your dealership/shop to determine the extent of the issues. They were not only very proffesional but jenny expained everything in great detail that needed to be fixed. She than told me what needed to be done before i should start driving it after having the work done i was very pleased and suprised at the cost for it was less than i had expected. Because of the work of the mechanics and the way jenny carried her self in helping me i have decided that if i was to every but a car new i would come to your dealership. More
I have followed Jenny for the last 25 years. I go where she is. I have always recieved GOOD PROMPT servace from her. I know up front how much it will cost. I have found her to be honest in all her dealings with me. I also choose to wait for my car she has kept me inforned on the progression of my work that is important to me. When my nephew served in Iraq he left me incharge of his Toyota. He knew I would take care of it like my own which ment Jenny would be getting the mantince done on it to. My car is more than a car. The last car I had was a Toyota I had it for 21 years and close to 3000,000 miles on it I cryed when I left it to take my new car home. We had been to several dealerships up and down McLoughlin BLVD but just didn't care for what we wer My husband and I were out looking for a new car. We had been to several dealerships up and down McLoughlin BLVD but just didn't care for what we were seeing or test driving (Honda,Chevrolet,Hyundai,Mitsubishi,Chrysler). When we got to Gladstone Toyota, Moe greeted us in a very friendly, polite, none pushy manner. He has a great up beat energy. After Moe introduced us to the 2010 Toyota Venza, then test driving it, we fell in love with the car. Both my husband and I got really excited about the car...first one of the day. I was not excited to buy a new car because of how pushy the sales reps. can be. Both Moe and Josh really listened to what we were saying about how we were on a very tight budget. They both put forth special effort to make us a fabulous deal. Moe was so friendly...and extremely knowledgeable when it came to looking at the cars. Even went through how many air bags were on the Venza and how, if ever in a head on collision, the front of the car would bow out, not cave in and the engine would drop under the car not into the driver and passenger....very impressed. We bought the 2010 Toyota Venza and love the car. After being a "Van mom" for 18 years it is a welcomed change. After we bought the car, Moe gave us a tour of the dealership showing us the restrooms, service area and how the service area works. He told us that if we ever needed our car worked on and it took longer then then a simple wait,we would be given a rental car at no charge to us. The dealership is very clean and orderly. We even got to watch the Super Bowl which was great! I will recommend Toyota Gladstone to everyone I know. I could not believe how nice we were treated. I told my husband to pinch me,I think I am dreaming.....of course to knew better not to ;). Thank you Moe and Josh...
