I shopped around at several Portland dealerships, and I can honestly say that the only one that gave any kind of a xxxx about me was Gladstone. They weren't pushy, but they were persistent. The guy I worked with was named Gavin, and he's the reason I purchased with them. He was definitely not upper management, but did everything in his power to get his supervisors to meet my needs, including finding the car I wanted at a dealership in Seattle and then getting it down to Portland for me. 10/10 would recommend.
