Raeanne Barker is seriously the best EVER. Before contacting Gladstone Toyota, I researched vehicles online and finally came to the conclusion that I wanted a Toyota Highlander or a Tundra. With that being decided I visited several dealerships and was less than pleased. Either they didn't want to work with me on the price, or they sold me some song and dance that I wasn't buying. Finally, I ended up with Raeanne at Gladstone and it truly was, from start to finish, the best buying experience I've ever had. While their professionalism is above board, I felt like I was hanging out with a friend and purchasing a vehicle. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. At least not to me! I've hated, hated, HATED all of my previous car-buying experiences, so I was shocked that I found myself laughing and at ease when we were negotiating the particulars of the sale. From the Manager, to Raeanne, to Jeremy in finance, I couldn't have had a better time spending my money. Oh, and I got a good deal too. They worked with my finances and got my monthly payments down to an agreeable amount, something other dealerships didn't seem like they wanted to do. The entire team was COMPLETELY up front, but more than willing to try to work with me and help me get the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable paying. I ended up getting a 2018 Toyota Highlander, and in a few months when I go to buy a Tundra, I'm going there. I heart Raeanne Barker and look forward to working with her again. I know I sound like a broken record, but I cannot recommend them enough. More

She was very understanding as I explained how much I'd miss my beautiful car and sentimentally wanted one just like it. She said she would do her best. Well, five minutes (!) later, she called back and said she found the identical car, although a year newer, for *less* than I paid for mine originally! A week later, I drove my new car off the lot with no haggling, no stress - just the easiest car buying experience ever. Kristin is friendly, honest and kind. I told Kristin if we could pull this off, she would be a "certifiable miracle worker" -- and I think she is! I highly recommend her and Toyota of Gladstone. It's worth the drive! More
