I can't tell you how many times in our long search for the right vehicle we have come across sales people who know less about what they are trying to I can't tell you how many times in our long search for the right vehicle we have come across sales people who know less about what they are trying to sell us than we did. That is not the case with Nate Hayes. He definitely knows his cars, and anything that we might want to know about that he wasn't sure of, he looked up right then. That included recalls on our own vehicle. On our initial test drive of a 2015 Highlander, Nate covered every feature and was quite patient. We had been looking at other makes, and we never felt pressure that we had to buy right then or else. He predicted correctly that we would check out the competition and come back to buy from them. We wanted a color combination that was difficult to come by, only one on the whole west side of the country, but Nate was able to find that one for us. He gave us the Costco price, and threw in a few extras as well. Great experience and follow through, Nate is the one to see. More
