Don't Offend the Buyer I have purchased 3 new Toyotas here in the past 4 years. The experience the first 2 times was pretty normal, not terrible. The process always takes mu I have purchased 3 new Toyotas here in the past 4 years. The experience the first 2 times was pretty normal, not terrible. The process always takes much longer than they say, and they always act like I'm asking the world when I state what my max payment/down payment/interest rate is. This time was especially bad. I was trading in a Tacoma (a year old) for a commuter car. First they only offered to lower my payment by $15 for a Prius! Then after I almost walked several times, they actually gave me the payment I asked for from the start. Then they waste your time trying to sell you add ons like paint protection, gap insurance, service plans, etc., jumping the payment you worked so hard to negotiate up 20, 30, 100 dollars. I even told the salesperson I knew they were going to do that, and he just said, well don't by the service plans. Don't push them, then. Then, the salesperson made comments about not wanting someone else to raise his kids and paying extra child support so his ex-wife wouldn't have to work JUST after he asked if our kids were in daycare and AS I filled in my job information (I work FT and make more than my spouse, quite a bit more.) Really? Clueless. Keep your opinions to yourself. He also made such a show of walking back to check with his manager and revealing "secrets". Classic bad salesperson crap. I almost walked just because of him! But I didn't want to waste MORE time at another dealer. I knew what I wanted when I came in, but the salesperson just didn't want to listen. Also, I mentioned I'd bought 2 cars there already, and he acted like I was new to planet Earth. I might go somewhere else for my next car. Don't offend your customers. The finance person was great (except for the hard sell on the gap insurance even after I said I already have it through my insurance carrier), and I really like the service department. They are awesome. The salespeople who sold me the first 2 cars (only one is still there) were new to their jobs, but way more professional and kind and transparent than this guy. Ugh. More

We didn't feel rushed or pressured but I know that Khzam did everything in his power to earn our business. We quickly came to an agreement and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. Even though I really wanted to be stubborn and test drive a Honda! Our overall experience was very positive, although we thought it was odd that our vehicle didn't come with floor mats. More

Matt Taylor was such a pleasure to deal with, from the moment we walked into the dealership we felt like family. Matt had been communicating with me through email and most of the paperwork already done prior to us arriving. We were hesitant to drive all the way up from Salem, however Matt quickly put us at ease and gave us our best experience ever. The really do roll out the red carpet for you at Gladstone Toyota. Our SUV was waiting for us in the show room on red carpet and we literally drove it out of the showroom. Matt thanks for an excellent and amazing experience! More

Wade helped me with the purchase of my 2016 scion tc and he was fantastic. He didn't try to use car selling jedi-mind tricks on me or any of that kind of stuff. He truly does care about his customers. He even paid for and sent me a bottle of touch up paint a couple of months later after my car got chipped. My experience at Toyota of Gladstone great and Wade was so good that I have decided to name my second child after him. I will name him Wade Edgar Patershall (or wadina if I have a girl). 10/10 would recommend More
