After a few phone conversations, we decide to head out to the dealership. Not being very fond of the car buying experience, we did not know what to expect. But, Patrick was VERY knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He understood exaclty what we were looking for and did not try to pressure us into something that we did not want or need. He was very friendly, honest, and a very good listener. I can honestly tell you that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Not to mention that everyone there was wonderful. We are not usually people who buy a maintenance plan either, but Tasney McNew walked us through everything, and we felt it was something that would benefit us. The guys in the shop at the RED stop were equally welcoming. We felt like everyone there actually cared about us and our buying experience. AND, the car is fabulous!!!! We love it! Always answered my questions honestly and in a timely manner (email or phone calls no matter what). He worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how everything in my car worked before I drove away. It was fantastic. He has been great even after my purchase making sure everything was going okay and making sure all my questions were answered. My parents recommended him to me because they also bought a car from him about a year ago and I've already passed on his information to my sister. It was a long buying process due to the car selection and saving to put a more than 50% down payment on my new car. Being a single female buying a car for the first time, was a positive experience thanks to Aaron. He was respectful and answered all of my questions to provide confidence that I was purchasing a car based on needs and personal interest. He took me on a test drive of the vehicle I was considering. I told him thank you and left. No pressure!! I thought about it for a week or so and decided I would like to purchase the vehicle. So I contacted Phil and he was happy to help, and again no pressure. Over four days he answered my questions and so I bought a new van. Thank you to Jenny for always taking care of my cars and Phil for not pressuring me. I have always had Jenny care for our cars as she has been honest with us as to what really needed to be done.
