I have followed Jenny for the last 25 years. I go where she is. I have always recieved GOOD PROMPT servace from her. I know up front how much it will cost. She has often let me know when I come in for an oil change what the next trip will be. Example next time you should get this or that done and how much it will cost. I have found her to be honest in all her dealings with me. I also choose to wait for my car she has kept me inforned on the progression of my work that is important to me. When my nephew served in Iraq he left me incharge of his Toyota. He knew I would take care of it like my own which ment Jenny would be getting the mantince done on it to. My car is more than a car. The last car I had was a Toyota I had it for 21 years and close to 3000,000 miles on it I cryed when I left it to take my new car home. I highly recommend this dealership. I purchased my Toyota Tundra in 2009 using the online sales department. I was able to get the pickup I wanted at the price I wanted. Since then, I have used Gladstone Toyota's Service Department. Jenny Rhodes is my service manager. I like that I get to deal with the same person, who now knows me and my vehicle, every time I bring my pickup in for service. Jenny is helpful and informative. She gives me all the information about recommended maintenance without being pushy. She is very customer service orientated. She goes out of her way to make sure I am happy and the service is top notch. One time when my windshield got cracked Jenny coordinated with the glass repair shop of my choosing to come to the service department. The windshield was replaced while it was there for an oil change. This saved me a lot of time and driving around. I appreciated that Jenny went out of her to make this happen. My experience has been that all of the employees are very friendly when I arrive to the service department. I have always been pleased with the quality of service. When something is repaired, it is done right the first time. I feel the price is great for the quality of work performed. More

This was my first experience of buying a car from a dealership and I was nervous, but I actually had a wonderful experience at the Gladstone dealership. I am a very disappointed Prius 2010 customer. I purchased the Prius because I expected excellent mileage and high quality Toyota customer responsiveness. According to the Prius sticker, I could expect betw the Prius because I expected excellent mileage and high quality Toyota customer responsiveness. According to the Prius sticker, I could expect between 51 and 48 mpg for city and highway driving. My mileage for the first two tanks of gas was 44 mpg. Since then it has been 40 mpg. What a disappointment. The dealer offered a one-month checkup to see how things were going. When I mentioned the poorer than expected mileage, I was told, “The electronics check out OK.” I felt they blew me off. A few months ago, the cruise control wouldn’t set than later did start working. I believe the reason is cold weather. Around a month ago, Toyota sent me an electronic customer survey and I replied bluntly saying that I wish I had not purchased the Prius, that I tell my friends not to buy one and that I think Toyota is providing the kinds of cars and service GM did last 30 years. Knowing Toyota’s reputation for customer service, I expected an immediate reply. As of today, I have not received any response from Toyota. It appears that Toyota only wants to hear from delighted customers and ignores disappointed ones. I am going to go to another local dealer to see if they can address my concerns better than Gladstone's service department can. More

When I am thinking of buying anotehr car someday, I will definitely return since purchasing the car there was very easy since I knew what I wanted, I knew the price I wanted to pay, they had the car and I bought it for the price I wanted to after doing extensive research on prices of a new Prius. I wanted to purchase a Camry. Called ahead - spoke to sales associate to check if they have what I was looking for, and to ensure they will match other local competitor prices. They promised me they have the lowest prices in town, and will beat any competitor price. When I went down, they showed me the car and when I showed them the paper ad, they refused to match the price - their price was 2K above that of broadway and royal moore. I felt cheated going there. Drove to broadway toyota from there, and got the car I was looking for, at the price mentioned in the ad. I am in the market for another toyota - but gladstone is off my list. More
