Unquestionably the best dealership on the West Coast. This recent purchase (a 2011 4Runner) is the 3rd, or 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Duy. Duy's sense of customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. A quick example: on the day that I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I was hung up elsewhere and needed to get the 4Runner to a nearby Les Schwab for the installation of custom tires before they closed. When I called Duy and explained my problem, he dropped what he was doing and delivered the new 4Runner to the store, then waited for me until I arrived. The new vehicle, which I had never seen before, was immaculately prepared and EXACTLY as he had described. Later, Duy took the time to fully explain the features and operation of the new vehicle. Duy followed up by phone, text and email the next day to make sure that I had made it back to Northern California ok and that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Wow, even my own family doesn't show that kind of concern! This dealership, which is managed by David Elder, is clean, friendly, fair, and game and drama free. The pricing is always fair, the service department is reliable and accommodating, and they are clearly more interested in maintaining lifetime customers than a quick sale. Over the years I have referred a number of family and friends to Duy at Toyota of Gladstone, and all have become repeat customers. In one instance a friend in California flew to Portland to pick up his new vehicle from Duy. Duy picked him up from the airport (probably 20+ miles each way) and transported him back to the dealership to complete the delivery. This I might add, was not even a new vehicle, but a used vehicle. Truly first rate service and dedication! I can't say enough good things about Duy and this dealership. If you're interested in a new Toyota, or even a used vehicle of another make, do yourself a favor and give Duy a call. You'll be glad you did. More

This was my third buying experience with Toyota of Gladstone. I was interested in buying a new Yaris and wanted to keep my payments the same with no out-of-pocket expense. After driving my new car home I discovered that one of the options I wanted was not installed. Ron and Rich immediately corrected this problem by having this item installed at dealer expense. Over the years, I have purchased several cars and the last 3 have been Toyota's. I have never been treated as well as I have been treated at Gladstone Toyota. Gladstone's price was considerably below all other prices quoted and, additionally, Seth Dustin, their internet manager was straight forward and very honest throughout the whole dealing. Gladstone promised several "extras" on the Highlander we bought and, even though some of them were not on the car when delivered, they, without hesitation, met all of their commitments, some of which were only verbal and not in the contract. I have had one service appointment with this dealership and my service advisor reflected the same sort of candor and honesty in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone I have met at this company, and they ensured I even met the General Manager, has been open, friendly and very straightforward. Very unusual for a car dealer, and very refreshing. More
