This was my third buying experience with Toyota of Gladstone. I was interested in buying a new Yaris and wanted to keep my payments the same with no out-of-pocket expense. After driving my new car home I discovered that one of the options I wanted was not installed. Ron and Rich immediately corrected this problem by having this item installed at dealer expense. Over the years, I have purchased several cars and the last 3 have been Toyota's. I have never been treated as well as I have been treated at Gladstone Toyota. First of all, I did an internet price search using both COSTCO and Consumers Report referrals to the dealer. Gladstone's price was considerably below all other prices quoted and, additionally, Seth Dustin, their internet manager was straight forward and very honest throughout the whole dealing. Gladstone promised several "extras" on the Highlander we bought and, even though some of them were not on the car when delivered, they, without hesitation, met all of their commitments, some of which were only verbal and not in the contract. I have had one service appointment with this dealership and my service advisor reflected the same sort of candor and honesty in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone I have met at this company, and they ensured I even met the General Manager, has been open, friendly and very straightforward. Very unusual for a car dealer, and very refreshing. More

I'd recommend this dealer for any car purchase. We were very specific about the type of vehicle we wanted and even called ahead to be sure that they had it in stock. Advertisement on website stated Call for Price. Called and was told a price. Drove for 1.5 hours and test drove vehicle. Went in to do paper work and was then told price was $5,000 higher than quoted on and was told a price. Drove for 1.5 hours and test drove vehicle. Lost my business and anyone else that would like to learn about their integrity and how they value possible customers. Made call to General Manager on way home to file a complaint and was told was with a customer. GM never called. More
