It’s rare to find a service center where you feel genuinely taken care of, but that’s exactly what they provide. I especially want to highlight Marissa, who handles my paperwork each time. She is absolutely wonderful—organized, attentive, and always on top of every detail. She makes the whole process smooth from start to finish and consistently ensures that everything is explained clearly. You can tell she really cares about the customers and goes out of her way to make the experience stress-free. While there, she maintains ongoing communication with the technicians and keeps customer updated on the work status and estimated time of completion. Once the work order is completed, she throughly reviews the invoice and allow customer to ask questions to ensure clarity. After leaving, if any questions come up, I am confident that I can reach out to Marissa for a prompt and detailed response. Therefore, I don't mind driving from Queens, NY to Hackensack, NJ to service my vehicle.
