Let me first say that John Ramirez was a great salesman for me and overall nice guy but the car I bought sells itself on any lot. While everyone was nice at this dealer I was totally dissatisfied with thei for me and overall nice guy but the car I bought sells itself on any lot. While everyone was nice at this dealer I was totally dissatisfied with their policies. First off $500 for the doc fee is a total ripoff. I buy cars from all states. NY doc fee capped at $75 and PA. capped at $141 so $500 in NJ should not be allowed. Secondly they force the buyer into a $389 total loss protection money ripoff and it should be optional by law. Otherwise the only reason I bought this 2018 Ford there was because only 7 were for sale countrywide so did not have many options locally. I am sure this dealership is great for Toyota buyers but I am not a Toyota buyer. But thanks anyway for this buying experience and it reminded me when I was was buying my cars in the 1980's with all the costs added on that are useless. More
