I waited from 9:40 to past 2:00 PM to have simple service (oil change-not needed for another 3,000 miles), cabin filter changed, battery replaced in fob, and they did not discover problem I identified with p (oil change-not needed for another 3,000 miles), cabin filter changed, battery replaced in fob, and they did not discover problem I identified with panel below door which is obvious. When I got home, I saw an email with a 20% discount on the change of filter, which was never offered to me. I did not deal with Bob Giordano. Under would you recommend this service center two options were forks and no. Ridiculous. Would not send the comment when I selected no. More
