DISSAPPOINTED and TRAUMATIZED! My CARFAX online price for a 2017 Toyota Corolla was over inflated by $4000 at the dealership. I lost my Infiniti as a low ball trade and wanted it back. Less than 24 hours pa a 2017 Toyota Corolla was over inflated by $4000 at the dealership. I lost my Infiniti as a low ball trade and wanted it back. Less than 24 hours passed on the next day I was talking to both AC and Finance trying to fix the paperwork. I was told there was NO COOLING OFF period. When I asked for my original copy of the long vehicle purchase form on the second day, they only gave me a blank pink form. I was charged extra for things already on the vehicle listed on CARFAX under SELLER's description. The dealership only spoke with me days later after they finding their use of one VIN irregularity documented for use on two separate vehicles. This dealership was never honest or straight with me from the initial CARFAX online call back. I am truly injured, dissatisfied and hurt by their actions even today .as this review is written More

This was a very organized when buying a car. I began by making an inquiry on line. I was contacted by email immediately, with a price of the car I was interested in. I was then called in the morning by a very nice woman called Mary. She was able to make an appointment for the time I requested. When we arrived we were met by sales person Ana Mayers. She was prepared for our arrival with car we were interested in ready to test drive. We found when we got there that we were not as sure of model we wanted, Ana accommodated our requests by showing us several different models. She then searched and found the color and model we wanted. She was patient and very easy to talk with. Explained the pricing and payments. Met with finance person Steve Rosen, who was spoke to us about our options. He was personable and informative. We were able to make a deal and take the car home all in the same day. This was a pleasant car buying experience. I would recommend the dealership, everyone we interacted with was kind. More
