We recently drove 35 miles in a severe thunderstorm that included hail to purchase a 4Runner. We walked in the door soggy and frazzled from our tension-filled drive. Melissa tirelessly worked with us and never lost her sunny disposition on one the the summer’s stormiest days. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in my 40-plus years of car buying.
