loyal customer- now just disappointed I have been a loyal customer of Toyota Hackensack since 2011 when I bought my first Toyota. I now have moved farther away and came to Hackensack to bu I have been a loyal customer of Toyota Hackensack since 2011 when I bought my first Toyota. I now have moved farther away and came to Hackensack to buy my second Toyota because of the superior service I received throughout the service on my 1st Toyota Venza. I was scheduled to come pick my NYS plates up and also coordinated an install of cross bars, running boards and a remote start at Hackensack last week. I scheduled the service in Hackensack, again because of the superior service I have received in the past. However, this go round was by far superior. I received a call that my plates were in, let the girl know I needed to have the other items installed when I come to get my plates- she said she would call me back. A week later, and no call back. When I finally called- I scheduled my appt with the same girl, she noted what I needed and said it would be coordinated and smooth. When I arrive- no parts were ordered. I had to postpone a trip so that I could be available late the next day to pick the car up at this point. When I picked my car up- not only were my plates not installed and my NYS registration sticker not on my window (as were included in the service request) but I also was provided with an expired NYS temp inspection (it had expired 9 days earlier). So I had to run around the entire next day to locate a service station in upstate NY to get a new inspection (up here they do inspections by appt only)- driving around without an inspection sticker- which at this point required me to cancel my weekend plans altogether. I am really let down by this and cannot understand why the ball was dropped when you all used to provide such wonderful service to your clients. Not sure if I will be coming back at this point. Maybe save myself the 60 mile drive and just go to a local Toyota dealer instead. More
