Miriam was wonderful! I haven’t bought a new car in years and was very nervous but Miriam greeted me inside & made me feel like family. She showed me the 2 cars I was inter I haven’t bought a new car in years and was very nervous but Miriam greeted me inside & made me feel like family. She showed me the 2 cars I was interested in. She helped me get financing, and set up delivery for the next day— she even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day to come pick up my car. When I came to pick up the car it was cleaned & I met Edwin in finance, who helped me get a warranty and sign all the paperwork. Hopefully I won’t need to buy a new car for a long time, but if I did, I’d come back to Toyota of Hackensack. More

Very easy dealership to work with I knew I wanted a used Chevy Volt and, as a result, I contacted most of the dealerships in the NYC area that had one. Jay, the internet manager, was v I knew I wanted a used Chevy Volt and, as a result, I contacted most of the dealerships in the NYC area that had one. Jay, the internet manager, was very responsive and willing to answer the many questions I asked. Once Jay and I agreed on a price, I came in to see the vehicle and do a test drive. At the dealership, Miriam took over as my sales rep. She was friendly, helpful, and sincerely listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me on things I did not. Because the vehicle was not a Toyota, I asked if I could take it to a nearby Chevy dealer for them to examine it. No problem. When there were minor issues as a result of the examination, Miriam and Toyota of Hackensack rectified them. Many people have nightmares about high pressure used car sales reps, but that certainly wasn't my experience here. The negotiations were friendly and felt fair. If I were buying another car, I would definitely work with Miriam and Jay again. More
