Will Never Buy a Car from Someone other than Bill!!!! Sold us a 2018 4Runner. I hate dealerships and abhor when I have to buy a car because of the dealership experience. Did not pressure or oversale. Listened to everything we had to say, gave his honest opinions and did the best job ever in getting a deal. One month later we came back to trade in our Camry. Saw Bill and deal done immediately. We had a small issue with the 2nd vehicle, Bill and Mario took care of it and made ever effort to make sure we were satisfied. Never has a dealership went to great lengths after the sale of a car but Hackensack Toyota did. Makes me very comfortable to know they still value you after the deal is done. I will back to see Bill in July once my son gets his license. More

Ana was Awesome! Ana helped myself and my husband with our new 2018 Toyota Corolla. After two test drives, she gave us her honest opinion, that for our needs and affordability, the Corolla would be our best bet. Sure enough, we walked out with our new car a few hours later in the exact color I wanted. Thanks to her help, the entire process was so painless, which was appreciated considering this was my first experience with buying a new car. I thought it was pressure tactics, but it was actually her trying to help me get the car and the deal that I wanted. We had a good laugh about that later on as I was signing paperwork and as she described her belief in a non-pressure sales technique. More
