I have had two buying experiences with Toyota of Hackensack. On both occasions I had the pleasure of working with Jay Rim. I knew then to save his contact info in case I should ever need assistance in purchasing a car or truck in the future. Jay is a seasoned sales professional who cases deeply for his customers and works relentlessly to achieve their satisfaction. I'm thankful for not only his efforts, but also those of his colleague, Abigail Luna, for the pleasant, trouble-free purchase of my new 4Runner. I traveled nearly two hours to buy my truck from Jay and Abby, and I would do so again without hesitation. I believe that fact, alone, should speak volumes about my level of satisfaction, especially with car dealerships seemingly found on every local corner. The ability to get the car you want is great, they offer flexibilty to work with you; however, I didn't like the fact that they try to attach you by signing the forms prior to get the plans, prices and/or h flexibilty to work with you; however, I didn't like the fact that they try to attach you by signing the forms prior to get the plans, prices and/or how the breakdown will be. They also charge more expesive the fees, processing, custom color, compare to other dealerships.
