Toyota of Hackensack took me in without an appointment to fix my radio head unit which kept rebooting. Service writer Marissa Giordano could not have been more helpful. She assigned my car to Service Foreman fix my radio head unit which kept rebooting. Service writer Marissa Giordano could not have been more helpful. She assigned my car to Service Foreman Mike, who quickly identified the problem as a faulty aftermarket S/D card (mapping). The dealership ordered a new card and installed it today. There was also a Toyota TSB software update for the radio, which the service department also successfully installed. Now the radio and GPS appear to be working perfectly. I am very grateful for the fast, reasonably priced service to fix this issue. I just moved back to Bergen County recently and look forward to working with Toyota of Hackensack for all my future service needs. Thank you! More
