I was called in for an oil change via text and phone calls. I made the appointment and come to find out an oil change was not needed. Just a tied rotation (my car had less than 3,500 miles on it) Z calls. I made the appointment and come to find out an oil change was not needed. Just a tied rotation (my car had less than 3,500 miles on it) Zack informed me the first oil change is at 10,000 miles? But that’s not what anyone else at Toyota advised. So which is it? I was told at 5,000 miles. Further, they added a sticker to my vehicle advising the next oil change in 5,000 miles. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH TOYOTA?! More
