I had to have a key made for my prius. It was extremely expensive but it was programmed within an hour and works well. I wish the price for a new key was more affordable however. More

Thank you for your feedback. According to the conversation we had with our service director, the alternator on your vehicle was functioning correctly when you visited us. Our understanding is that you then proceeded to visit Hudson Toyota and had the alternator replaced. We are not sure if this resolved the issue you were experiencing? If this did not resolve the issue you were experiencing with your vehicle, it would seem that the alternator may have been unnecessarily replaced?
