Awful service department i’ve been trying to service my car that I have a lease from them for the past three weeks every time I go They tell me it It’s not possible because they are extremely busy and they car that I have a lease from them for the past three weeks every time I go They tell me it It’s not possible because they are extremely busy and they don’t have time for oil changes to make a appointment well I did make one and I show up and They still didn’t take care of me because they said they had too many cars that showed up without a appointment and they were inside already . I will never buy or lease another car from them ever again very inconvenient service department , please avoid the headaches buy from another dealer that is not Hollywood Toyota . More
Don't TRUST YOUR REPAIRS ARE DONE CORRECTLY I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood now for 8 years now. The last 2 years I have horrible service experience with their service department. Drew I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood now for 8 years now. The last 2 years I have horrible service experience with their service department. Drew has been my go to guy for my service as well. I had a issue with my wiper fluid not working and I brought it in to get repaired. I also had a nail in my tire on the passengers side and told him about it. When I came to collect my car after about 3 hours Drew said that my wiper fluid was clogged and they couldn't find the nail in my tire. So, I took it home and saw the nail when I got out and noticed they were suppose to rotate my tires. The Caps were off of them as well. I came out to go to work the next day and that same tire was flat. They didn't even look at my tires. Plus, my wiper fluid was just spitting out fluid. After a day or 2 it stopped working all together. I had my car in for the same issue 4 times. I even spoke to the Head Manager of Service. I believe his name is Brian. I let him know of my experience and I wanted him to know to get it right. I had my car in for the same thing 4 times. My last time I took it in I asked Drew to change the oil since this would be my last free oil change. It has been about a month and being that I am working from Home I don't drive my car much at all. I noticed the other day that my spot was all black. I thought maybe it was puddles of rain from the storms. I moved my car back and saw that it was the oil. I checked my oil and NO FLUID IS ON THE DIPSTICK!!!! xxx!!! I have had it with Toyota of Hollywood. I have given them several chances to get it right. I am so disgusted with this blatant disregard for service. I will never trust them again. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR YOU CAR OR TRUCK. michele P. More
Had my Highlander detailed for $140, waisted money, would have been better doing it at a corner car wash, side view mirror with water stains and still had spider webs, noticed this once I got home. Dishonest sevise department. I finally bought my Tundra but definitely not from Toyota of Hollywood; I decided to purchase at a different dealership. Since Toyota of Hollywood is I finally bought my Tundra but definitely not from Toyota of Hollywood; I decided to purchase at a different dealership. Since Toyota of Hollywood is near my home, I tried one more time to give them my business by taking my new Tundra to get serviced. I chose to balance my wheels with them, which turned out in the end to be a terrible choice. When they balanced my wheels, they returned my truck without a road test having been conducted. Once I started driving my truck, my steering wheel began to shake very badly. I returned the next day with my truck to have them fix the problem. After waiting 2 hours, I was told that they would not be able to complete the repairs since they did not have a particular machine to balance my wheels. Regardless, they still managed to charge me $115.00. I took my truck to a shop recommended by Mr. Metts, the service manager of Toyota of Hollywood. There, the mechanic told me right away that the job was done extremely poorly and only took him about 20 minutes to properly balance my tires. When I went back to the dealer, I ask Mr. Metts to refund me back my money since they never did the job correctly. He informed me that he would be calling me in a couple of days, which he never did. Since I never heard back from Mr. Metts, I decided to go back to the dealership again to ask for my refund, at which time he told me the claim was denied. I then spoke to Mr. John Diaz, parts director, to see what he could do about my dissatisfaction with this extremely terrible job done. He refused to speak to me, even after I tried showing him pictures of how they ruined my brand new wheels, which he refused to look at as well. He was very arrogant and unprofessional. He offered me a $25.00 refund, which is nearly what I paid for service on one wheel at the other shop, where the cost to balance my wheels properly was $84.00. I refused the refund he offered me. I will speak about this terrible experience as much as I can. I will furnish a copy of this complaint to BBB, Toyota of North America, Google, Yelp, and any other site where I can expose their corrupt practice. More

Terrible Customer Service I made an appointment and brought my car in for service. I waited two hours for the service rep to tell me what needed to be done - two hours before I made an appointment and brought my car in for service. I waited two hours for the service rep to tell me what needed to be done - two hours before they even looked at my car. Then it was another three hours to complete the work. Part of the work involved the brakes, for which the tires need to be removed. They had the nerve to charge me for a tire rotation, when the tires had to be removed anyway. I've had my car since 2012, and have brought it to other Toyota dealers for every scheduled service. I have never had a bad experience until now. I will find another another service place, and so should you. More

I currently own a 2012 Camry and it is my third Toyota. Good information, professional help and wonderful results. I would very much like to commend Juan Carlos Reyes who in my opinion is a high quality and hardworking employee as well as a wonderful human being. His treatment of customers is always respectful and makes it his mission to provide all the information needed for whatever service required. I have always, always received the best service from him and also witnessed from afar how well he treats all his customers. He is definitely outstanding! More
