The sale portion with Richard Jean Louis was excellent. He has also been of great assistance afterwards but the Service department has gone down. Initially it was ok. A few weeks after a routine service I had a battery issue & it was horrible experience. I came into the dealership after taking of the problem on my own. The Service manager did his part but his department associate did not. I provided paperwork that he misplaced & I was stuck in a back and forth on the phone trying to figure out what is going on. I recently had my car serviced again & it was not up to par at all. Management needs to do an audit of their employees for that department especially since we are spending money with. More
