Toyota of Hollywood - Service Center

I had a 7:30am appointment for service which I was told would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the ca would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the car was low on washer fluid. Kenny Metellus is a fantastic salesman. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle, when I brought my truck in for servicing. Just bought a brand new car and came to have my first service done and what a nightmare. I walk in at 1200pm because that is the time that I made an appointment and my service guy told.me that it would b service done and what a nightmare. I walk in at 1200pm because that is the time that I made an appointment and my service guy told.me that it would be 4 and a half hours I should probably come back tomorrow at 630am. I went to the service manager Brian and he said don't worry we will get you out in 2 and a half hours.. Almost 4 hours later I asked Brian if my car was done. I watch him drive my car from the lot into the service area and I watch my car get serviced and watched it done in 7 minutes. Honesty is not the best policy in this dealership. I do NOT recommend this dealership for swift, honest, fast service. More
