Terrible experience. Brought my brand new 2024 vehicle in several times for a screech, which they could not figure out. Brought to another dealership and they discovered there was a chunk missing from my break pad. Extremely dangerous to be driving and Toyota of Hollwood just kept sending me home to drive the vehicle. Also, while in their service department, they damaged my bumper. They did end up replacing it (a month later) after trying to pop it out and send me on my way. Utterly unacceptable. Would never recommend. More

Lleve mi carro al servicio tenían que cambiar un amortiguador qué se daño 15 día antes de eso y nunca me avisaron que la pieza había llegado, cabe acotar que mi carro apenas tiene 4 meses de comprad amortiguador qué se daño 15 día antes de eso y nunca me avisaron que la pieza había llegado, cabe acotar que mi carro apenas tiene 4 meses de comprado es nuevo y ya una pieza estaba mala. Ese día mi esposo perdió el día entero nadie le daba información del carro y a las 5 pm le dijeron que el carro no servía que tenia que dejarlo, me parece una falta de respeto y un abuso porque perdió el día de trabajo nadie dio información no tuvieron ninguna consideración, además que pagamos las cuotas y el seguro que son bien caros para recibir este trato...cero recomendaciones More
