This was my first visit to this dealership's service center and I was very impressed. The staff was efficient in check-in, explained the services that would be performed, answered my questions about th center and I was very impressed. The staff was efficient in check-in, explained the services that would be performed, answered my questions about the facility, and what to expect. The waiting area was the best I've ever experienced. There were plenty of work tables with outlets and usb ports, plus a large area of comfortable lounge seating, all adjoining two quick service food providers, including a Subway. All areas were cleaned and well-maintained. I received a call when my car was ready and checked out quickly and my car was run through a car wash before delivery. The only drawback was that the chairs at the work tables were too low and not height adjustable, so it was like sitting at the 'grownups' table when you were 4 years old. More

I received about 10 calls for this dealer for a pending service. Finally I decided to go and the service advisor told me that my did not have any pending services.
