The customer service at Toyota of Hollywood is awful. I'm happy with my RAV4 I bought there but I wish I had bought it somewhere else. For a month I've been struggling to get my cracked windshield fixed thro happy with my RAV4 I bought there but I wish I had bought it somewhere else. For a month I've been struggling to get my cracked windshield fixed through them. They did not return emails or calls when I was trying to go through insurance. Then I remembered I bought windshield warranty through them only to find out they had made a mistake and never added that warranty into my final paperwork so no warranty. Had to go through insurance. The glass guy only comes once a week so had to come on that day. My appointment was at 9:00am. I'm waiting in the service line and get a text at 9:05 that nope the glass guy has decided can't get there until noon. No emergency on his part. Has just decided can't get there until noon and service at Toyota of Hollywood can't do anything about it. They can't give me a car so I can go back home. And they weren't going to pay for an Uber for me until I went in and yelled at the customer service manager. My husband will be coming back to get our vehicle because I never want to see this place again. More

My initial stop on 10/19/21 was at Headquarter Toyota, after learning that the service person at that dealership was being deceitful I removed my car and took it to Toyota of Hollywood. Not only did I received excellent service from Ms Danielle Colucci, I saved $100.00 for the same service that I would have received at Headquarter Toyota. This is not the first time that I was dealt with unfairly at Headquarter Toyota( last year a friend and I went in for the same services on our 2015 RAV4 and I ended up paying much more). My friend stopped going to Headquarter Toyota, we are now troopers of Hollywood Toyota. I would recommend my representative, Ms. Danielle Colucci to anyone in need of service.
