It was for my vehicles first 5000 mi service and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was done earlier than was expected which was very nice. Pick up was simple, I reviewed the invoice and could pay (which I did not have to because of 2 year care) all online, the car was ready for pick up when I got there I did not have to wait for it.
