Gus my sales technician pointed out a have a burnt headlight. When I asked him to replace it he said no. Instead he showed me a better brighter LED bulbs in amazon. Great experience overall, Patricia was the one who initially reached out to me from an online request regarding my Tacoma. Patricia introduced me to Craig and from there we negotiated a price. I liked the fact that I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours fairly quick, compared to other dealers, I've experienced 4-6 hours on average. No sleazy experience from finance trying to screw me on products and warranty I didn't need. We had gone over pricing over the phone and Craig kept his word when we met at the showroom floor. More
