Hi Miguel, Thank you for the feedback about your purchase experience. I am sorry to hear your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We value your business and would like the opportunity to resolve this issue. Your cancellation is in process. As we have already explained to you, this is a 4-6 week process as it moves through all the accounting departments of the multiple entities involved. A notice of confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to you upon receipt. The agreed-upon price of the vehicle is negotiated before you begin the final phase of signing the documents. The purchase of any insurance or service agreements is completely optional and chosen by the guest. Any additions will be added to the total amount financed on the contract and sent to the lender. The lending institution will receive the cancellation, and it will be deducted from the amount owed, but it will not change the terms of the agreement on the contract. This will be reflected in a shortened total number of payments. Please reach out at any time. I look forward to working with you to resolve your concern.
