My service provider was helpful but didn’t not update me in a timely manner about services done. Additionally services kept me there from 10am to almost 6pm with little to no notification and updates. I had in a timely manner about services done. Additionally services kept me there from 10am to almost 6pm with little to no notification and updates. I had to hunt down any available providers to assist me to get updates and services took WAY too long. I had a scheduled service appointment and I’m a bit baffled how an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and two filter changes took 8 HOURS. I am considering other service locations as this was completely unacceptable. The only saving grace was my service provider was a sweetheart who did her best considering the circumstances to get me out of there. Your whole system and reasonable maintenance timeline needs to be overhauled and evaluated so more reasonable wait times can be achieved. Otherwise services were completed to satisfactory standards.
