Had my Tacoma in for a recall. Called in late afternoon & told me it would be ready first thing next day. I explained I go to work at 3am& they offered a loaner car. Perfect. Got off work the next morning & told me it would be ready first thing next day. I explained I go to work at 3am& they offered a loaner car. Perfect. Got off work the next morning & turned in the car by 9am & my truck still wasn't ready. Had to wait till 11:45 before it was ready & once I turned in loaner, couldn't do anything about it, but sit & wait for my car for 3 more hours. Don't think the service dept should schedule so many appts that they can't keep up with them. I had my appt for more than 2wks. More
