I had to return to the dealer 2 times after my initial appointment for service. Total of 3 times. Parts where ordered wrong the first time and I had to return. On my third visit, I was told they couldn't appointment for service. Total of 3 times. Parts where ordered wrong the first time and I had to return. On my third visit, I was told they couldn't find my parts that were ordered. That they tried to contact me but had the wrong number. Yet all my paperwork provided after every visit had all my info perfect (phone number, address, email). So after close to $500 in parts, $70 in service labor somehow I got the parts installed. Even though I paid for the parts, I'm almost 100% sure they just took what I needed off another car. So I paid full price for used parts, awesome! More

Everyone was great except for finance department. After not accepting the maintenance program, his demeanor changed towards us and was not friendly. For this reason, we will not recommend family and friend not accepting the maintenance program, his demeanor changed towards us and was not friendly. For this reason, we will not recommend family and friends to Toyota of Lancaster. We were trying to keep our business within the AV. We were also promised the all weather floor mats which later after the deal was made, sales team said they couldn’t follow through with request. More

I came in with the check engine light on, thankfully they were able to repair it for not very much money out of my pocket. I usually get my oil change at the guys that I thought were cheaper, but when I got were able to repair it for not very much money out of my pocket. I dropped off the vehicle at 7am for an annoying noise in the headliner while driving above 10mph. The 2018 Rav4 has 15k miles and the nouse has been persistent for many months. The maintenance manager called me at 330 pm stating the tech could not hear a noise. Knowing that the headliner would need to be removed and no time remaining in the day, I decided to pick up the car with no work being performed and a waste of my time. I drove the vehicle home while listening to the loud and obnoxious noise. The tech should have called earlier in the day to ask about this if the noise could not be heard. I am frustrated about this and still have an annoying noise to deal with. More
