She takes every request like it was a major event and that makes me feel like she really cares. I also like that she schedules you so that the wait time is never too long. The location and service was good but the wait with an appt. was too long. Meaning there were two lines when I arrived..appts and non-appts. A Relief After experiencing all types of aggressive and seemingly judgmental interactions from other dealerships while trying to research and understand my opt After experiencing all types of aggressive and seemingly judgmental interactions from other dealerships while trying to research and understand my options, I finally figured out the right vehicle for me. Having expanded my search radius, I found several, better options as far as the LA area, which is a good 4 hr drive from where I am. I made a list of a few options, starting with what seemed like the best option at Toyota of Lancaster. Ironically, once we arrived at Toyota of Lancaster, saw the vehicle, and experienced the team, it was done! The first stop on our LA tour became the right one, the best one, and the only one. We spent the rest of the day finalizing the transaction and still had enough time to drive all the way home! Consequently, I have been so grateful and happy with my new, little "bug". I love my new car and feel so relieved in satisfactorily completing what has been a very long process of researching and finding the right car for me...! More
