Alex Guzy is the best!!! Alex was there start to finish!! He made sure, i mean really made sure that things were seen through and so honest. Kept me up to date on the work that needed to be done. Frontier Toyota really has a great employee, along with the service techs who worked on my car. I hope they will also be told as well that their work and time is counted along woth Alex. Chanin was so quick to check the engine light code right there where you pull up. And she let me know of what could be covered so as not to fret too much. Great employees you guys have. They really really are the reason we wabt to solely stick with Toyota vehicles❣ Please please make sure that the other employees who worked on my Prius as well know they are individually included in this review. Frustrated, lower attendance! Pague $850 por un servicio que incluia entre otras cosas el cambio de frenos delanteros de mi Tundra 2015, me la entregaron y la camioneta hacia mucho Pague $850 por un servicio que incluia entre otras cosas el cambio de frenos delanteros de mi Tundra 2015, me la entregaron y la camioneta hacia mucho ruido, algo habian dejado flojo, posteriormente me di cuenta que el pedal de frenado se sumia hasta el fondo, habian dejado desajustado o con aire los frenos, eso pudo provocar un accidente, llame varias veces por que estaba molesto y al parecer a NADIE le importaba mi caso, incluso se molestaban. Siempre le han hecho los servicios a mi camioneta en el dealer por que creia que eran eficaces, preparados y que si habia algun problema me ayudarian con prontitud haci como cobran! More

Not good I didn’t like this second time going to buy a car the manager (sonny)he was Rude!!!!Very pushy and he just wanted to make his sale not helpful at all. Eddie was nice and helpful and I can tell he really wanted to help us but sonny was making it difficult for him but I like the first time when I went to go buy a car the manager was nice and helpful his name was tony and Edwin.The second time I buyed a car it had no gas at all the seller told me to come the next day To put gas and he was not there and the rest of the employees didn’t help me and just ignore me and said to come back. The guy didn’t answer my call and I was left half ways from my house I had to call my husband to come get me and get gas for the car cuz I was in the middle of no where and still till now they still haven’t put gas on my car like they promise me so is the last time I go to this dealership and I’ll make sure I’ll tell everyone I know about the bad service I had here. If I ever go back I will go only when Tony is there. More

Surprisingly good I've delt with Rabia, Manny, the Supervisor and the finance guy. Nice people! My Wife's friend likes the Rav4, we told her to talk to Rabia ONLY!
