Want to sell high priced easy fixes like injection cleaning and power steering fluid change. $140 an hour labor is outrageous! Couldn't find Ping in my engine but local garage did, cleaned the EGR valve and now truck had more power. Told me that my attempted wiring on washer pump was a butcher job. I tied to do the job myself to avoid you. I wasted my money giving you guys another chance. High profit is only what you are after. Toyota cars and trucks are good products but aftercare is pure profit seeking at the expense of "ignorant" customers! More

Best car buying experience in all of my 85 years I purchased a Scion iA from Troy Dewater at Toyota of Lancaster less than a year ago, but wanted something bigger. I called Troy to see if I could tr I purchased a Scion iA from Troy Dewater at Toyota of Lancaster less than a year ago, but wanted something bigger. I called Troy to see if I could trade in my car before I hit my 1 year mark with it and he was so helpful. He got me in the same day, and answered the phone every time I called- even on his days off. He made me feel special and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn't need. I left the lot the same day in less than 2 hours with my new Camry and couldn't be happier! Every question I had, he was always there to readily answer them. I just can't emphasize how great of an experience overall I was given and how comfortable the whole process was. I believe he went above and beyond to help me, even answering little things when I would call, such as "Do the lights automatically turn off?" Jamie in finance was excellent as well, and got me out quickly, and again, I never felt pressured like most dealerships make you feel. A couple days later I received a phone call from the finance department saying that I needed to come sign an additional document, however I was unable to leave the house because of illness. A gentleman came to my house with an iPad to take care of it for me and I signed without even leaving my doorstep. If there were any improvements that could have been made, I would say NONE!! My whole car-buying experience was unmatched, and I truly have to thank Troy for the amazing help he gave me when I never thought I would be eligible for a car loan. He was so patient and made me laugh a few times; THAT is how car buying should make you feel!!! Thank you so much to everyone at Toyota of Lancaster. If anyone is ever looking to buy a car, talk to Mr. Dewater first!!! More
