Desappointing First Experience We bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna and paid upfront for an adhesive protection of the hood and front spoiler as well as for a pro-pack. It took a while fo We bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna and paid upfront for an adhesive protection of the hood and front spoiler as well as for a pro-pack. It took a while for the parts to be ordered and we had to do the leg work to get the ball rolling on that since we didn't receive any calls. We ended up setting up an appointment but there seemed to be some hesitation when I showed up at services as to what was supposed to be done on the car. Furthermore, it would have been convenient to do both the adhesive shield and the pro-pack in one session but that wasn't possible. Coming from Edwards AFB , I had a rental that day (that you exceptionally kindly provided upon my request - thank you) and having to come back for the pro-pack - despite the fact that it was purchased with the car and at the same day as the shield - is time consuming since I can't necessarily leave the dealership during the time the car is worked on.
