Mike was AWFUL! Didn't take care of my car! He was my Rep for this oil change. Mike would not return my messages as I wanted to know if my car needed anything to be Didn't take care of my car! He was my Rep for this oil change. Mike would not return my messages as I wanted to know if my car needed anything to be done. Finally when he called me back was about 3 hours later close to closing. Seemed like he was rushing and recommended things that were already done to my car and the one thing "fuel injection cleaning" that my car needed they would not be able to be done since they were close to closing. I asked him why it took more than 3 hours to take care of my car? He then said it was the mechanics fault! I felt he did not want to admit his wrong doing. When I arrived to pick up my car I asked to speak to his Supervisor who seemed she thought this was not a big deal and I was not going to be charged. I had tried calling her too but my call would somehow never get through but yet when I spoke to her she said she had seen me trying to call her but she wasn't able to pick up my call? So I thought why didn't she just call me back? Terrible service all around. This place was very convenient for me since my work is very close by but now I am having second thoughts of taking my car back to this car dealership. More
