Poor service I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota r I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota recall. I asked if it took that long to put the part I needed. I was told no, but there were a lot of people ahead of me. I asked why I had an appointment if I still had to get in line. The answer, the appointment time was for check in. I asked to see the manager. He came with the same story; the appointment was for check-in. I asked when he made a doctors appointment if he expected that time was for check-in. He said no, but he expected to wait. I asked if he was expecting to wait 3-4 hours. He said he had waited an hour before. I said I was willing to wait an hour or hour and a half. He said it would take 3-4. I told him to bring my car to me, and I would just sue Toyota if I had an accident. I went outside and they brought my car to me. As I was about to leave, the manager came out and said they would pick my car up at my home, and return it to me the next day. More
