Poor service I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota r I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota recall. I asked if it took that long to put the part I needed. I was told no, but there were a lot of people ahead of me. I asked why I had an appointment if I still had to get in line. The answer, the appointment time was for check in. I asked to see the manager. He came with the same story; the appointment was for check-in. I asked when he made a doctors appointment if he expected that time was for check-in. He said no, but he expected to wait. I asked if he was expecting to wait 3-4 hours. He said he had waited an hour before. I said I was willing to wait an hour or hour and a half. He said it would take 3-4. I told him to bring my car to me, and I would just sue Toyota if I had an accident. I went outside and they brought my car to me. As I was about to leave, the manager came out and said they would pick my car up at my home, and return it to me the next day. More

With my husband recently having surgery, taking the vehicle back would have been difficult. They instead picked up our vehicle, did the work, and brought it back to me, alleviating a lot of stress on my part. I really appreciated this kindness, effort, and assistance in our situation. Ernesto helped to facilitate the part replacement, but Kiara was the one who remained in constant contact with us and coordinated everything. She provided great customer service! More
