This isn’t usual for my visits, but I asked for them to check my headlight since the anti-uv glaze they applied a few months ago was coming off, and they didn’t. My oil was changed as agreed but when they called me to state that my air filter needed changing, and I agreed, they clearly didn’t put it in correctly because now my fan makes a noise that sounds like it is hitting something inside... They also changed my bulbs for my license place, which I asked for, but never told me that they weren’t working and needed further checking. They just sent me on my way saying the only thing was the air filter... which they clearly slammed in without any care. More

Mike Santamaria is an excellent service advisor who kept contact with me about my vehicle when it was being serviced due to a dead battery. Sierra Toyota is local and excellent. Toyota picked up my prius and serviced it, then returned it. I bought the car at Sierra Toyota and they have maintained it.
