Brakes & Rotors replaced I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It fel I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It felt like a warped rotor to me. I took it in without an appointment and got the car back the same day with front rotors and brake pads replaced at no cost to me. Can't beat that service. Wait time I had a 10:00 am apt scheduled, I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited over 20 minutes to see the advisor. Joey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my question. Was friendly and welcoming. Now ill say very very very very annoying 25 word minimum.
