We live in in a town with a Toyota dealer, however the service we have received from them in the past has been, needless to say, far below industry standards. Which is why we called and Stephanie was very helpful she gave us all the insight into what was needed for our vehicles. Along with setting the appointments up at the same time, conveniently making no need for dual trips. I would highly recommend those around me to travel to this dealership, not only for service but also for purchase. More

Getting it together it looks like My latest experience here was much better than the first time insofar as getting to the service department right away to schedule an appointment and t My latest experience here was much better than the first time insofar as getting to the service department right away to schedule an appointment and they even called the day before to make sure I would be coming. They always do a multipoint complementary inspection which helps you get an idea of what you’re going to have to take care of next. I got the shuttle service ride back to my house right away and easily obtained a ride back to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I’ve had bad experiences with non-Toyota dealerships repair shops so I’m pretty much inclined toward the Toyota dealers now. The difference in price isn’t that much and I feel I can count on these guys to do it right the first time. The mechanics appear to be highly competent. I’m glad to have a place in the A V that I can count on. More
