When I got on the freeway, the truck started shaking in the front really bad. I pulled over and called the store back. i spoke with Shannon which gave me her personal cell phone to call her with the verdict from AAA. When AAA arrived, they determined that the front lugs on the right front wheel did not get tightened. I have never had this experience and I am sure it was an oversight. That is why I gave the excellent rating. This is still my place for service for my Tundra. More

As a mother with two very young children in tow, I very much appreciate the care that I received from all the staff that day when my 1 hour visit turned in to a two day fix. From the girl who brought my carseats out to me (twice), to the shuttle driver, to my service advisor Michael who set me up with a loner vehicle and who brought my garage door opener out to me when I forgot that too, they made what could have been a very stressful event, a much more pleasant one! I am so thankful for the staff that went the extra steps to make sure we were taken care of. More
