Good place, nice waiting area. I enjoyed my time here. I spent a lot of time here, lol. In all fairness, the advisor I had came to look for me, but didn't look hard enough. He called me but I didn't get the voicemail until hours later. I suggest the advisors look throughout the entire waiting area when coming for their customers. There were a few other advisors that came looking for their customers too. It is hard to hear them. Perhaps an intercom system would help? In any event, I got a lot of work done while waiting so I was good with it. I enjoyed the tables and large, comfortable waiting area. The snack bar could use a makeover as the choices for snacks and food are not the best. Perhaps a deal with Starbucks? Or offer deli sandwiches etc...? Healthier choices at decent prices. I only regret that I asked the advisor to call me to set another appointment as soon as he found out how long it would take to obtain the part needed for my vehicle. I never heard from him again. How about washing my vehicle before returning it to me? Not the inside, but the outside would be a nice added service. And how about making sure it's close by and I don't have to walk a long distance in the heat to get to it? More

Oil change with elder parent I had an appointment for a lube and oil change, and when I arrived the people were prompt. My service person noticed I had my 91 year old mother with I had an appointment for a lube and oil change, and when I arrived the people were prompt. My service person noticed I had my 91 year old mother with me, and she made sure we were good getting out of the truck. She let us go to the waiting area, instead of waiting for the paperwork. After all was done, she took us to the cashier without waiting for anything. She was really aware and thoughtful. More
