I was never called until 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to say my truck was ready. It was only upon pick up that I learned the recall had been accomplished and only because I asked. Completed regular maintenance and transported me to work! It was so convenient to be able to drop off my vehicle and get a ride to work so that I could have a productive morning while my maintenance was compl It was so convenient to be able to drop off my vehicle and get a ride to work so that I could have a productive morning while my maintenance was completed. I wish I had made a dry-run of them calling me when my car was completed. There was a type-o in the number they had for me, so I was not contacted right away, but as soon as I called them, they sent the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to my car. Thanks! More

Disappointed When I got my car back that day, I assumed everything was in order, coz everything on the final inspection sheet had a check mark on it. I went to get When I got my car back that day, I assumed everything was in order, coz everything on the final inspection sheet had a check mark on it. I went to get my smog test the next day,and I turned off the engine at the smog station to wait my turn. But when I started it again, it won’t start. It had no juice at all. The mechanic at the station told me to open the hood, to check my battery, found out and showed me that one of the battery terminals was very loose. I could have been stranded on the freeway coz someone at the dealer forgot to check and tighten it back. Plus, they did not even add any coolant to car after the radiator was replaced, which alone was expensive. I spent more than $1300 at the dealer that day for whatever repairs they had to do, which I okeyed, with the expectation that everything is checked out and okey before they hand me back my car. Some may think it’s not a big deal, but it is to the customer. Doesn’t take rocket science to be careful about the job and make sure everything is ok before giving the car back to the customers. Was it a valid reason to be disappointed? Honestly, I think so. More
