From start to finish these guys treated me fairly. I got the car I wanted. I got the price I wanted. It was more than that though. Little things. I do alot of research before going into a dealership so I'm not taken advantage of. It seemed kinda unnecessary this time though. My best buying experience ever. I wanted a slightly better price, but doesnt everyone. Everyone was very nice, very relaxed, and very honest. For five whole seconds I was afraid that I was going to go through xxxx to get this remedied, but Brad seemed more concerned about it than I did. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did. The following day Brad had it buffed with no cost to me and the car looked perfect. Since then Brad and brian have called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Its nice to know that some businesses still know how to provide customer service. Grossinger is one of them. More

Very Impressed! From picking out the perfect Highlander, then getting a fair price, and then making sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Well, they refused to give me my Venza for free, but aside from that minor detail, they were absolutely fantastic. I have bought 8 cars in my lifetime and so far this experience was the best. Al was a straight shooter. He did what he said he would do. It was a straight forward sale/purchase. I have nothing bad to say and I would buy another car from him and the dealership if they have what I wa do. It was a straight forward sale/purchase.
