She was there to provide updates every step of the way and went above and beyond to offer some encouragement when it seemed my poor credit would be an issue and hinder my chances at owning a vehicle. She was kind, thoughtful and steadfast as she worked her magic to make sure my application was approved. Now I am a proud owner of a beautiful pre owned Toyota Camry. Manager wouldn't acknowledge/negotiate with me - I'm a woman My fiancee and I went in to lease a RAV4. I, a woman, did the negotiating with the sales rep who was pleasant. When he called his manager over to give My fiancee and I went in to lease a RAV4. I, a woman, did the negotiating with the sales rep who was pleasant. When he called his manager over to give a final deal, the manager refused to acknowledge me or even learn my name. He initially only spoke to my partner, a man, until I made it very clear over and over again that I was the one doing the negotiating. A frustrating experience. Other than that, it was fine, though their prices are far higher than listed on the websites or you can get elsewhere. More
