My salesman was Seth, who was very professional and knows his products inside-out. I also dealt at length with Josh. Both these guys are knowledgeable and very easy to communicate and negotiate with. I dealt briefly with Joelle and Rashid who were likewise excellent and I had pleasant conversation with sales manager Jody while taking delivery of my car. Everyone I met at this dealership was genuinely friendly and it was a very positive experience. This was also my first experience buying a car outside of NJ and I was grateful that they took care of my plates and registration, contributing to the pain-free experience. More
I had tried another toyota dealer to get different pricing on a new Rav 4 lease. I was totally disgusted and discouraged after going to Lees toyota in queens. The manager was obnoxious and rude. After he gave me a pricing that did not fit my budget he proceeded to say what will i do when the lease was up in august if i couldn't get a car now. I got up and left. I waited a month and came to manhattan toyota. From the moment I walked in the people were courteous and within 5 mins someone was helping me. After talking to the manager he wasted no time in getting me a great deal on a Rav 4. The sales rep and finance officer were just as efficient and courteous. Not trying to push another car or extra insurance or cost to the car.I am extremely happy with my new car. More

I had decided that it was time to replace my vehicle- so I did some on-line shopping for a certified pre-owned and there were a couple I was interested in seeing. Bryant was kind enough to show me those vehicles as well as let me look around to see if anything else caught my eye. Then Erick took me for a test drive. It was a great experience. Erick was knowledgeable, interested in me as a person- discussing my needs and uses for the vehicle and my feeling of loss over giving up my Prius. I bought a Corolla, as my needs had changed and the Corolla seems the best car for my needs and expectations. Then he helped me through the process and even helped me move my belongings from the old to the new car. He was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and assisting with everything- what more can you ask?!? Ray walked me through the finance part- explaining everything clearly and fully so that I was assured that I understood everything and was making all the right choices,. I have been happy with the service staff over the years- The sales staff is GREAT- I am very happy with them also. More

very deceptive. they'll "agree" on whatever terms as long as you make a deposit. once that happens they'll make you wait to the last possible minute to just accept whatever terms they switched terms as long as you make a deposit. once that happens they'll make you wait to the last possible minute to just accept whatever terms they switched around on the final paperwork hoping you won't notice. you call them out on it and they try to guilt you into taking it saying so much work was put into it. very slimey. salesmen are nice, but I realize they have no real power in the end as it's the finance managers that do all the real paperwork. AVOID. More
Your service there is excellent but I believe if someone comes in for an oil change, they shouldn't have to wait hours at a time. When you go to other places, it takes about half an hour. I know they may not inspect your car as well as you do but going to your dealership can take half a day. I believe that if you take care of the cars that need simple work and deal with them first, it helps declutter the area. I work in an ER and dealing with simple client work helps to retain them and the workers don't get stressed by seeing all the other work that needs to be done. Plus, do you realize that there is no public transportation next to you. More
