He brought the car he thought we would like to our house so that we could see it and take a test drive, and followed up on all our questions. Save your time. Do not go here. Rude, no customer service skills and outright lies. Inventory online wasn't there. I've owned dozens of cars, but I was reticent to purchase a car in Manhattan, due to the gruff nature of the city I've lived in for 30 years. Kevin and the entire staff changed my mind and made me a big fan. They were all cordial and accommodating. So, I leased a new Venza from them. It's terrific. Honest review. The moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted by the most enthusiastic salesmen: Kevin, Franklin, and Francios!After a tour of the dealership, I was able to test drive a variety of vehicles, ask as many questions as possible, and negotiate a wonderful price. Kevin spent 7 hours with my mom and I before we closed the deal. He followed up with me to see how I was doing, and expressed concern regarding my overall satisfaction. Franklin, with years and years of dedicated experience, made it a point to allow for his colleagues to demonstrate their abilities to reach the heart of the customers.Francios, made it a point to assist the discussions regarding affordability. I love my car, and I am so happy that I purchased from this dealership. For many years, my mother spoke highly of the services she receives at the offices...whether it is for servicing the vehicle or the purchase of one. We were greeted by Jason de Jesus at Toyota of Manhattan, and he was the best salesmen by far. He was enthusiastic about assisting us, extremely knowledgeable about all cars, he quickly understood what our needs were and accommodated them in a quick and professional manner. He bundled together an attractive sales package of a used 2006 Avalon, and we signed the contract that same day. He took care of us from beginning to end as we were his only customers. Toyota of Manhattan can be extremely proud of having Jason on staff. If anybody asks us where ot buy a Toyota, we will receommend to go straight to Jason. We like our new car, and we loved how Jason took care of us. Finance manager Ray Laureno was equally a plesure to work with. He got us an attractive financing deal and concinced us to get a certain 7 yr/100,000 mi protection package that exactly fit our circumstances.
