Having my Highlander serviced went well but I had another concern with a small doing on my litigate. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased the ding repair option. When this location was under Reinhardt, I had an issue and it was an immediate repair, no problems and they did a great job. Under Montgomery Toyota, I was instructed to ask my service advisor, which I did, and was told that he wasn’t sure if my issue would be covered or not. When service completed their work on my vehicle, the service advisor still had not found out if it was covered but he gave me a number of the manager who does these repairs. I phoned him and he instructed me to go by their location and speak with a fellow who was on property about it. I went there and he was nice enough but told me that the dealership would have to write up the problem and schedule an appointment for me. I made a call to the service advisor 2 days ago and left a message with him but at this review, 2 days later have not received a return call from him. This is no seamless repair issue. If I were to ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership I doubt that I would purchase any other add ons from the F&I representative. I may be looking for another Toyota store to do future business with. One last small complaint: the tech who changed my oil removed my old I L reminder sticker from my windshield but did not cleanup the glue residue, he did put up another reminder sticker on the windshield. I suppose I will have to do that myself. More
Financed a 2013 Caddillac SRX in March of 2024. By July the car began shutting off randomly while driving it. Have been bringing the vehicle to Toyota of Montgomery this entire past year and a half for maintenance. Was never once told anything was wrong with the vehicle. The beginning of this month the vehicle just began to refuse to start. Brought the vehicle back into Toyota of Montgomery and was told they can't fix it, trade it in, or resale it. The keys were handed back to us by an individual who was initially "helping" us, but refused to speak to us any further once a man entered the building saying he had $3,000 cash to put on a new vehicle. We were just left sitting at a table with nothing. No explanations, no help, no assistance amd no guidance on what may be wrong with the electrical system in the vehicle. As we were leaving an employee, who was not part of anything that transpired, followed us to our vehicles asking us were we ok. Once we expressed that we weren't ok, and why we weren't ok, he began to take a pictures of our liscense plate, saying that we threatened their staff, and also threatened to blow the building up. I tried attaching a video of the only thing ever said as we were leaving the premises, which was "DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO TOYOTA OF MONTGOMERY, but video posts are not allowed. This place is a rip off if you plan on getting anything outside of the newest Toyota Camry. Also, do not show any type of disdain on the premises or you will be accused of being a terrorist clearly.
