It was fairly quick with friendly staff. Not needing anything thing they said needing to get replaced. Check with outside mechanic from another company that took the time to explain and show me why I did not to replace. There was nothing wrong with what they said was. Not even preventative. The car is still new and just barely over 10k. As far as oil changes goes, that did that well. But if they tell you something that to be replaced look at it first or just alway go elsewhere to get a second opinion. More

We are very satisfied with our Grand Highlander. The only disappointment we had was. My ask specifically would the Grand Highlander be close to the same price after the warranty where added in.
